How It Works

This programme is designed for busy people who want to learn to breathe correctly and comprehensively, with individual support and guidance.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 30-minute private coaching sessions (online via Zoom or in person at the Tension To Tranquility Studio, Northwich), covering one module each week: breath testing, categories of breathing practices, the science of breathing and nervous system regulation.

  • Personalised daily breathing practices (morning, midday, night) – short videos under 5 minutes, tailored to your needs and adapted as you progress.

  • A workbook to clarify goals, track progress and reflect on changes in your nervous system, sleep, digestion, mood and energy.

  • Ongoing 1:1 support between sessions via WhatsApp, so you can ask questions and adjust practices if something isn’t working for you.

Why Breathwork Works

Breathing can change your blood pH (acid/alkaline) in minutes - no food, exercise or medication works as quickly.

About Natalie

Natalie has a background in Health Science and Adult Nursing and now works as a Complementary Therapist and Nervous System Regulation Specialist. She is a trained Breath Coach and Stretch Coach, teaching practical techniques that help people manage stress, improve sleep and restore energy.

Her work combines breathwork, stretch, self-massage and sleep education with complementary therapies including massage, reflexology, sound and energy healing.

Natalie specialises in helping people understand and regulate their nervous system so they can move out of stress and overwhelm and back into a state of calm, clarity and resilience.

Through simple daily practices, she supports people to improve their wellbeing, creating positive changes that benefit their work life, home life and long-term health.
