This is a structured 6-week programme with support over 66 days - designed to create real, lasting change in how your body responds to stress.
It’s not a quick fix, and it doesn’t rely on willpower. It works through simple, consistent practices that help your body settle, so you can feel calm, think clearly and respond well under pressure.
A live, in-person retreat day is included for those who pay in full - giving you the opportunity to deepen the work through guided movement, stretch, breath, meditation and sound.

With a background in health sciences and adult nursing, alongside training as a breath coach, stretch coach and complementary therapist, my work brings together both clinical understanding and practical, body-based approaches.
My approach is body-first. I focus on helping you understand what’s actually happening in your body, and how to shift it in a way that feels practical and sustainable - not something you have to force or think your way through.
I’m particularly interested in how small, consistent inputs can change the way the body responds to stress - and how that, in turn, affects how we think, feel and move through daily life.
